Surron Light Bee chain spacer kit

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

This chain spacer kit is designed for the Surron Light Bee and moves the chain approximately 6 mm farther away from the rear tire.

The added clearance makes it possible to run wider rear tire setups while also allowing some offset to be removed from an already dished rear wheel. This can help bring the rear wheel closer to the bike's centerline.

HOW THE KIT WORKS

The spacer system moves the chain line outward by approximately 6 mm.

This creates additional clearance between the chain and rear tire. On compatible dished wheel setups, the extra clearance can also allow some wheel offset to be reduced, helping move the rear wheel closer to the centerline of the bike.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

Installation requires the swingarm to be removed so the spacer can be installed on the jackshaft.

A small amount of material must also be removed from the swingarm using a grinder or file to create the required chain clearance.

Additional fine-tuning can be carried out after the swingarm is reinstalled.

JACKSHAFT COVER

Flow Wheels recommends removing the plastic cover over the jackshaft when using this setup.
