Returns

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• unused and uninstalled

• in its original condition

• free from damage, dirt, wear, or mounting marks

• returned with the original parts and packaging where reasonably possible

• accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being shipped back.

Custom or Configured Orders

Some Flow Wheels products are offered with selectable wheel, tire, hub, spoke, nipple, or color configurations.

Products that have been specially configured, assembled, mounted, or prepared for a customer may not be eligible for return once work has begun.

If you need to change or cancel a configured order, contact us as soon as possible. Approval will depend on the status of the order.

Used or Installed Products

Products that have been ridden, installed, mounted, damaged, modified, or show signs of use are generally not eligible for return unless there is a verified defect or fulfillment error.

Restocking Fee

Eligible returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, consistent with the current Flow Wheels return terms.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Flow Wheels.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged on arrival, or otherwise eligible for seller-paid return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us promptly with:

• your order number

• a description of the issue

• clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement, return, or refund option.

Fitment Issues

Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility before ordering.

A product ordered for the wrong bike model, wheel size, or configuration may be treated as a standard return only if it remains unused and otherwise meets the return requirements.

If you are unsure about fitment, contact us before purchasing.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee or non-refundable shipping charges.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges

If you need a different product or configuration, contact us before returning your order. Exchange availability depends on inventory, product condition, and whether the original item qualifies for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

• used or installed products

• damaged products caused by improper installation or use

• specially configured or custom-built products after work has begun

• products returned outside the permitted return period

• products missing important components

• clearance or final-sale items where clearly stated at purchase
