This KTM 85 fork adapter kit is designed for riders converting to 2021 or newer KTM 85 forks while keeping their existing front wheel assembly and brake setup instead of switching to a complete KTM front-end system.

A typical KTM 85 fork conversion requires a KTM hub, wheel, brake disc, brake caliper, and Brembo brake components. This kit simplifies the conversion by allowing the existing front wheel and brake assembly to remain in use, with the included rotor and adapter components handling the required fitment changes.

COMPATIBILITY

This kit is designed specifically for KTM 85 forks manufactured in 2021 or later.

It allows riders to retain their existing front wheel assembly and existing brake assembly, with the original rotor replaced by the included 250 mm floating rotor.

BRAKING SETUP

The included 250 mm floating rotor is larger than a typical 220 mm rotor and uses a thicker disc construction.

The increased rotor diameter provides greater braking leverage, while the thicker floating disc is designed to dissipate heat more effectively and reduce the likelihood of overheating and rotor warping during demanding use.

21" FRONT WHEEL OPTION

The adapter kit also makes it easier to use a 21" front wheel with the KTM 85 fork conversion because the rider does not need to source a KTM-specific 21" wheel and hub assembly.
