It seems like the KTM Fork mod has been all the rage lately. However when I went through the transition I noticed a few points I wasn't so fond of and thought I would attempt to remedy.
There were three main issues I had with this process. First was how many parts you needed to souce in order to complete the process. Second was the weight. Third was its very hard to find a 21" wheel to fit this fork. So I thought I would address all three of these issues with one kit. When you transition to the KTM fork, the fork requires a KTM hub. Therefore it requires the KTM brake disc, KTM wheel, brake caliper, and Brembo brake.  All of this together is very expensive, hard to source, and very heavy.

So what I did is make a high quality kit that allows you to use your existing front wheel assembly,  and your existing brake assembly, minus the rotor. This makes for a much, much lighter front end and saves you a lot of money and time sourcing parts.

The kit includes a new aluminum axle and bushing, billet aluminum brake caliper adapter for a 250mm rotor, a 250mm floating brake rotor, and the caliper adapter mounting bolts. This is complete Plug and Play.

Other than this kit allowing you to keep your front end lighter without having to spend so much money on the KTM Parts, it also makes it very easy for those who want a 21 inch front wheel. In fact if you purchase this kit I will give you a $40 discount on  one of my 21 inch wheels.

If you were to upgrade to a 250 millimeter brake rotor and caliper adapter on your stock forks, you're looking at $140 just for that. The floating brake disc that comes in this kit is CNC floating with a much thicked disk than mountain bike rotors. This thicker disc fits all mountain bike brakes and dissipates heat much better than thinner mountain rotors. This will also lower the tendency for overheating and warping. And the 250mm diameter of this rotor is much larger than the other 220 millimeter rotors making for much increased braking performance.
