PRODUCT OVERVIEW

This 12" supermoto wheel set is a compact street-focused setup for Surron and Segway bikes. It uses smaller-diameter wheels to reduce gyroscopic effect and lower the bike’s center of gravity, helping create a more responsive feel when changing direction through corners.

The setup uses a 12x1.85" front rim and a 12x2.15" rear rim with Kenda Kwick street tires. Riders can choose from multiple hub, rim, and spoke colors, while the rear wheel includes a small amount of dish to help prevent chain rub.

FRONT TIRE & FORK FITMENT

The standard 100/90-12 tire is approximately 3.75" wide.

Riders using RST or Fast Ace forks should select the 90-wide front tire option for the required clearance.

Where fork clearance allows, the 100-wide front tire provides a slightly more planted feel because of its larger size.

Some upside-down fork setups may require minor trimming of the lower fork guards around the tire for clearance.

INSTALLATION NOTES

The rider reuses the existing:

  • Brake disc

  • Sprocket

  • Hub spacers

Because the 12" wheel setup lowers the bike significantly, the stock kickstand will need to be removed or replaced with a shorter alternative.

RIDING CHARACTERISTICS

Smaller wheels have lower gyroscopic tendencies than larger wheel and tire combinations. This helps make the bike feel more responsive when transitioning from one lean angle to another.

The 12" setup also lowers the bike’s center of gravity, making it especially suited to riders looking for a compact supermoto configuration for paved riding.
