                                                      REAR TIRE CHOICES

If you ride equal street/dirt a good tire is the Shinko 241. Many people that choose this tire mainly ride the street with occasional off-road. On this note, if you choose to not have a rim lock installed please email me. Otherwise I will install a rim lock. A rim block is only necessary if you find yourself running a low PSI for off-road traction. Once you go with low PSI the tire can slip on the rim which rips the valve stem off. But Street writers never install Rim locks because they ride at higher PSI and with that you cannot get tired slippage on the rim so you will not rip the valve stem off. The other disadvantage of a rim lock for Street Riders is it will cause the wheel build to be slightly out of balance and high speeds on pavement you will feel a slight vibration unless you have the wheel balanced. If you do use this tire while off-road the capability of the tire will be greatly enhanced if you are it down to lower PSI and then are it back up as you ride pavement

The next four tires are all the same width

If you ride the street to get to the trails a good knobby Tire would be the Bridgestone Battlecross. It has a slightly tighter knobby pattern  then the Dunlop mx-34 and the Kenda IBEX. This slightly tighter knobby pattern will give a smoother and quieter ride on the pavement then the mx-34. Not to mention slightly longer wear

If you ride strictly off-road in loose dirt  the Dunlop MX 34 is the best Tire Choice

If you ride strictly off-road in woods style riding with roots and rocks and varying Terrain the Kenda ibex is the best tired Choice. It's a go-to tire for the Hard Enduro Racers. It's a very soft rubber compound so it's incredibly sticky and gummy.

The Tusk Emex T45 is somewhat of a compromise between the MX34 and the Ibex. It has a softer rubber compound than the MX34 but not as soft as the Ibex.

A billet rim lock is installed. While this setup is amazing with updated power, it is hands down the best setup for people that don't have a upgraded power system. Insane traction and stability when compared to the stock wheel/tire without adding much weight like the 18" tires do. Better yet it works great with your stock 19" front wheel. These are plug and play. FlowWheels7025-t6 aluminum rims and billet FlowWheels hub, stainless black or silver spokes and stainless silver spoke nipples . As with any dirt bike wheel, you will need to keep a eye on you spoke tension and not allow them to loosen. This is most critical your first 5 rides or so during wheel break in as the spokes seat them selves. . You will use your existing hub spacers, sprocket, and brake disk. I you want other tires or spoke, hub colors email me directly Thanks and feel free to ask any questions. Thanks
